How do I place an order?

Do you have a minimum order amount?
Wholesale order are subject to minimum order of £100.00

How can I pay for my orders?
We accept all major debit/credit card and PayPal.

Is the £5.00 drop ship fee a per item charge or per shipment charge?
Per shipment

When will I get my refund?

All refund can take up to 5-7 days to show up in your account depending on the payment method however we aim to refund all customers and clients within 14 days of the individual request.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.am to 5.pm and Saturday 9.am to 12.30pm. Please note no delivery is dispatched on weekends.
